A 46-year-old Bingley man was arrested and fined £80 for being drunk and disorderly in the town centre.
Late on Bank Holiday Monday, officers on patrol on Main Street came across a man arguing loudly with others.
Despite police warnings and him being told to leave the area, the man, who was drunk, continued acting abusive and pushed past the police officers.
