A kitten with deformed front paws given shelter by a charity now has a loving new home.
Five-month-old Petal, who was taken in by Cross Roads-based Yorkshire Cat Rescue, was nicknamed Squitten as she has no bones after the elbow joint in her front legs and so sits and walks on her hind legs like a squirrel.
Petal was adopted by 35-year-old Kerry Bowler from Perth, in Scotland, after photos of her were posted online. Kerry has another cat whose front paws are in a similar condition.
