Legendary folk punk group The Men They Couldn’t Hang will play in Keighley.
The band, which has previously played the main stage at Glastonbury and supported David Bowie, will perform at the Exchange Arts Centre, in Russell Street, at 7.30pm on Saturday, June 22.
The Men They Couldn't Hang was formed in 1984 to perform at the alternative music festival in Camden Town. From the late 1980s they began to gain recognition across Europe for their political comment and raucous live shows. After calling it a day in 1991, the band reunited in 1996 and has continued its earlier success.
Advance tickets for the Keighley appearance are £10 from The Musicians Centre, in Russell Street, or online at wegottickets.com/event/ 225616
