Heaton: part change of use from dwelling at ground floor to day nursery with retention at first floor to dwelling with single storey extension to rear and side, 24 Pearson Lane. Heaton: rear first floor extension to restaurant, Shaan Restaurant and Takeaway, 135-137 Toller Lane.

Ilkley: change of use to D1 physiotherapy practice from B1 office, Dalescraft Centre, 1 Skipton Road. Ilkley: division of existing dwelling to form two dwellings, rear extension, new front door to front elevation and lowered garden terrace area to front garden, 19 Albany Walk. Ilkley: installation of one fascia sign, Unit 2B Dalescraft Centre, 1 Skipton Road. Ilkley: replacement of single garage and porch and construction of a single storey side extension, 79 Valley Drive.

Keighley: internal and external alterations for installation of radon remediation system and new pipework, Barclays Bank Plc, 77 North Street. Keighley: one fascia sign and two external roundels with one internal lit sign to front elevation, Unit 4 Keighley Retail Park, Hard Ings Road. Keighley: renewal of application 09/00393/OUT granted on appeal (APP/W4705/A/09/ 2113911): Outline application for A1 retail development, car parking and associated works, George Farrar Quarries Ltd, Bradford Street. Keighley: renewal of permission 10/00921/OUT dated 17.05.10: construction of a row of six town houses with off-road parking/garaging, 12 Elmwood Terrace.

Little Horton: alteration to shop front windows with associated works, Yorkshire Bank, 850-854 Manchester Road. Little Horton: construction of dormer windows to front and rear and internal alterations, 72 Marsh Street. Little Horton: conversion of community centre to flat with first floor rear extension, 59 Parkside Road.

Manningham: attic with rear and front dormers and first floor rear extension to create additional office, 30 Nesfield Street. Manningham: freestanding extension to dwelling, 4 Selborne Grove. Menston: single storey extension to front, Fencegate, 60 Chevin Avenue.

Riddlesden: single storey side extension, 18 Leach Road. Silsden: construction of conservatory to the side/rear, 2 Crossmoor Close. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of canopy/extension to create a coat storage area with ramp, Eastburn Junior and Infant School, Green Close. Wibsey: construction of dwelling, 2 Beechwood Drive. Wilsden: change of use from agricultural land to extension of existing caravan storage, Coppice Cottage, Lee Lane.
