Communities across the Bradford district are being urged to apply for lottery funding to conserve the heritage of the First World War.
Under the £6 million Heritage Lottery Fund scheme, at least £1m per year will be made available until 2019 to provide grants of between £3,000 and £10,000.
The money is to enable groups to explore, conserve and share their First World War heritage and deepen their understanding of the conflict. The grants will be given for a variety of projects, which could include researching, identifying and recording local heritage.
