Staff were evacuated from a Boots store in Bradford city centre yesterday after a fridge sprang a leak. Firefighters from Bradford and Fairweather Green stations were called at about 6pm to the Darley Street store just as it was closing for the day.
A fire service spokesman said: “There was a hissing sound coming from one of the fridges, but it turned out to be nothing serious.”
