Police are appealing for information after a man racially abused and spat in the face of a Keighley taxi driver.
Officers have released an image of the suspect.
The incident took place at 11.15pm on Friday, May 17, at the drop-off point outside Leeds railway station. PC David Smith, of the British Transport Police, said: “The taxi driver, a 35-year-old Asian man from Keighley, was waiting outside the station for a previously booked fare when a man approached his car offering him money to take him to the Farsley area of Leeds.
“When the driver refused, the man began to racially abuse him before throwing a sandwich he was eating at the car. He then spat in the driver’s face before making off.”
