A 24-year-old man has been jailed for 21 months for stashing more than £4,000 of skunk cannabis in his attic.
Fasal Shah was on bail and in breach of a suspended prison sentence when police raided his home in Hillam Street, Little Horton, Bradford, on July 3 last year.
He pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Police seized 500 grams of the drug, wrapped in a black bin liner, along with £360 and some scales.
The court heard Shah was sentenced to a nine-month jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, in November, 2011, after police found 59 wraps of cannabis in his car.
His barrister, Nigel Hamilton, said Shah cared for his disabled sister, who had four children. He also looked after his poorly mother. Shah had been a cannabis user and pressured into dealing to pay off a debt. He was now drug free and wanted to make a fresh start.
