Three extra Work Clubs have been set up by Bradford Council to offer support to people seeking employment across the district.
Run in partnership between Bradford Council and Job Centre Plus, the Club gives people the opportunity to learn computer skills that enable them to draft or update their CV, search and apply for jobs online, and create an email account.
The free drop-in sessions also give job seekers the chance to meet and exchange skills, find opportunities, make contacts, share experiences and receive support to help them gain employment.
Three new clubs are being set up at Laisterdyke Library (Wednesdays from 10am to 12.30pm), Shipley Library (Wednesdays from 2pm to 4pm) and Burley-in-Wharfedale Library (from Thursday, June 6, from 10am to noon).
Clubs already run at Keighley Library (Thursdays from 9.30am to 11.30am), Bingley Library (Thursdays from 10am-noon) and Central Library (held in Forster Community College, Thursdays, 10am to noon).
