Sandra Kenny, aged 46, of Edge End Road, Buttershaw; eight counts of dishonestly making a false statement, two counts of failure to notify change of circumstances, 12 months’ community order, 120 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs. Sean Jack Stephenson, aged 23, of North Dean Road, Keighley; harassment, £120 fine, £105 costs.
Ann Whitehead, aged 36, of Bolton Lane, Bolton; driving while disqualified, 12 weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, banned from driving for 24 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Shakeel Hayat, aged 33, of Arncliffe Terrace, Lidget Green; assault, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £160 costs. Gedvaldas Balsevicius, aged 33, of Deneside Terrace, Little Horton; theft, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs.
Liam John Ewbank, aged 19, of Parkwood Rise, Keighley; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of burglary and further offence while subject to conditional discharge dealt with, six months’ conditional discharge. Adheel Ahmed, aged 22, of Granville Road, Frizinghall; possession of cannabis, possession of diamorphine, possession of cocaine, possession of a Tazer/stun gun, possession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of high voltage electricity, jailed for four months.
Gareth Leon Bogle, aged 29, of Tudor Court, Little Horton; three counts of theft, original offences of theft dealt with, jailed for eight months; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences. Anthony Robert Cheale, aged 32, of Paley Terrace, East Bowling; driving without insurance, licence endorsed; driving without a licence, two counts of failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty; taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, possession of cocaine, three months’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £260 costs; two counts of using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, £100 fine.
Sebastian Gornaik, aged 27, of Maidstone Street, Bradford Moor; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of assault dealt with, nine months’ conditional discharge. Michaela Diane Heaton, aged 36, of Southcliffe Drive, Baildon; failure to comply with requirements of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence; original offence of theft dealt with, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months imposed. Carl Phillip Quinn, aged 43, of Bradford Road, Shipley; theft, six months’ community order, £145 costs.
