The public are being urged to help crack down on internet crime by reporting scams to a new fraud agency.
The three Liberal Democrat ward councillors for Otley and Yeadon, Coun Ryk Downes, Colin Campbell and Sandy Lay, are aiming to raise awareness about the new centre.
Action Fraud is the UK’s national fraud and internet reporting centre and is run by the police along with other enforcement agencies.
Suspected scam e-mails or fraudulent websites can be reported to actionfraud.
