A new walking group offering gentle strolls starts on Monday at Keighley Healthy Living (KHL).
Walks will be held every Monday, weather permitting, at 1.30pm.
Each will follow a flat route, starting from KHL in Scott Street, and last up to half an hour.
Refreshments will be served afterwards.
The walks will be led by a qualified volunteer.
A spokesman said: “The activity is aimed at those interested in improving their health, getting back into fitness and/or who have long-term conditions.
“The plan is to develop the programme to cater for those interested in taking part in longer, more demanding walks, with several regular ones being held for people of different abilities.”
No booking is required.
For further information, or details of how to become a volunteer walk leader, phone 01535 677177 or e-mail admin@khl.org.uk.
