Bradford City mascot Billy Bantam visited children at Fearnville Primary School to celebrate the club’s promotion to League One.
Youngsters posed for photographs with the club’s mascot, who also signed autographs, during a visit to the school at the half-term break.
The visit was organised to mark Phil Parkinson’s men’s 3-0 Wembley victory against Northampton Town in the League Two play-off final last Saturday.
Daniel Cassidy, of the school, said: “The children really enjoyed meeting ‘the big chicken in the football shirt’.”
