A cab driver was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Bradford early today.
Firefighters from Odsal had to cut him from the wreckage of his Toyota saloon after the 1.30am collision with a white Audi car at the junction of Great Horton Road and Cross Lane, Great Horton.
The occupants of the Audi fled on foot from the scene and are now being hunted by police.
Firefighters freed the trapped driver by cutting the roof off his car and he was then taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call West Yorkshire Police on 101.
