Children donned fancy dress and paraded around their school field to raise cash for charity.
Staff and pupils from Grove House Primary, in Swain House, Bradford, took part in the colourful sponsored walk and raised £2,400.
The cash will be split between school funds and a school in west Africa.
Business manager Suzanne Spencer said: “This was a fantastic event and a really enjoyable day.”
She said Grove House Primary had forged strong links with the Jataba school in Gambia, and staff and pupils often sent uniforms or equipment over to help them.
