Monday will be the last day local young people can apply to become an apprentice with Yorkshire Water.
The company is looking for people to apply for the 17 apprentice roles it is recruiting for in its annual apprentice drive.
Human resources director Pamela Rogerson said: “We had 700 applicants last year and this year is also proving popular. We have a range of roles available this year both office and field based, with locations including Bradford.”
Since launching the scheme in 2010, the company has taken on more than 40 apprentices.
The programme includes a permanent role from day one, college study, with all apprentices supported by a mentor from relevant departments. Each apprentice receives a starting salary of £12,094. Anyone interested in applying should visit yorkshirewater.com/careers.
