Campaigners from Otley will head to London next month as part of a new drive to end world hunger.
All Saints Parish Church has organised a bus to take people to the capital on Saturday, June 8, for the Big IF event.
Organised by the Enough Food For Everyone IF campaign, the day will mark the start of ten days of action designed to raise awareness of the issues ahead of the G8 summit in Northern Ireland on June 17 and 18.
It also coincides with an international Hunger Summit being hosted by Prime Minister David Cameron in London.
The bus will leave Boroughgate at 7am and costs £25 for adults or £15 for under-18s, students and anyone out of work. Tickets can be bought by e-mailing g.buttanshaw@btinternet.
com or at the Oxfam shop on Boroughgate. For details about the campaign, visit enoughfoodif.org/.
