A dad who walked the length of Hadrian's Wall to raise money for his son’s school has paid tribute to the support received.
Gary Brown and four family and friends have together coined in £3,700 through the 84-mile trek. And with some sponsorship still to be collected, they are set to smash through the £4,000 mark.
“The support we have received has been absolutely fantastic,” said Mr Brown, 41, of Bolton Road, Silsden.
The team was raising money for the minibus appeal at Phoenix School in Keighley, where Mr Brown’s young son Oliver is a pupil.
