The Sue Belcher Community Centre in Bracken Bank, Keighley, has reopened following a refurbishment.
Management committee members Allan and Angela Glew painted the interior of the building and the office has been expanded to make room for workers and volunteers from organisations who run services from the centre.
Work will continue to stop rain water leaking through the roof of the building.
Development worker Pip Gibson said there had been an increase in staff using the centre. These included Lucy Fontaine, from social landlord Incommunities, who provides advice to people wishing to start their own business.
