Wayne Grantham, aged 43, of Great Horton Road, Great Horton; theft, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Jonathan Mark Green, aged 34, of Allerton Road, Allerton; dishonestly making off without payment for goods, £100 fine, £115.36 compensation, £105 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse. Peter Richard Hindle, aged 45, of Killinghall Road, Bradford Moor; possession of cannabis, six months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs.
Edward Robert Dennis James, aged 36, of Victoria Road, Cross Hills; failure to attend initial assessment, £50 fine, £105 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse. Aidan Victor Kirkby, aged 37, of Grafton Street, Little Horton; theft, original offence of theft dealt with, six weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £145 costs; commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence. Pawel Galucki, aged 40, of Sir Isaac Holden Place, Great Horton; soliciting for the purpose of prostitution, six months’ conditional discharge, £115 costs.
Mohammed Mughal, aged 22, of Heaton Park Drive, Heaton; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £165 costs, banned from driving for six months. Daniel Paul Davies, aged 27, of Reevy Crescent, Buttershaw; using abusive, or insulting words or behaviour, £70 fine, £105 costs. Andrew Carl Keating, aged 31, of Wellington Street, Idle; two counts of theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of theft, community order made with 100 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation. Scott McTasney, aged 36, of Hendford Drive, Pollard Park; being a sex offender failed to comply with notification of change of address, £110 fine, £105 costs.
