Fire investigators are continuing to probe the cause of a blaze that badly damaged this house.
The fire broke out at 3.15am on Saturday in the property in Fell Lane, Keighley, that is undergoing renovation.
No-one was in the building at the time.
The fire damaged half the first floor.
Firefighters who attended said damage to the roof meant the building was in a potentially dangerous condition.
The damage was so severe that a building inspector had to survey the property to ensure it was structurally safe.
