The official opening of Emmandjay Court
Residents and supporters celebrated the opening of a new retirement development.
Emmandjay Court in Ben Rhydding, near Ilkley, was officially opened by Sylvia Clegg.
Mrs Clegg is a trustee of Emmandjay Charitable Trust, a 50-year-old family charitable trust in Ilkley, whose final major gift has enabled the development of this retirement living community.
Emmandjay Court is part of Methodist Homes (MHA), a national charity providing care and support for more than 16,000 older people. The development has 56 one and two-bedroom apartments.
