A Haworth man is starring in a television fashion show which has already been screened across the world.
Paul Hartnett, who lives in the Brow, has spent 36 years in the fashion industry, as a photographer, writer and speaker is a judge for a seven-episode programme called Ultimate Shopper.
“I didn’t know what I was getting myself into at first, but it was great fun,” he said. “The filming was done in London and the show has been broadcast in 150 countries. It’s been a particularly big hit in Latin America and India.”
In Ultimate Shopper, four contestants are unleashed inside a purpose-built “department store”.
They must first be judged by a panel of experts including Mr Hartnett, 54, actress and singer Holly Valance and fashion guru Brix Smith Start and then take part in a series of style-based challenges.
It will be shown on new channel TLC on Thursdays from June 6 at 9pm.
