Wildlife group the Airedale Otters holds its annual ‘bird race’ at the St Ives Estate, near Bingley, on Sunday.
The event sees two teams race over 90 minutes to spot as many different species of bird on the estate as possible. As well as being fun for the young nature lovers, it is a way for them to learn how different species live in different habitats.
Those taking part will meet at the bird hide by Coppice Pond at 10.30am.
The group is run by the RSPB Airedale and Bradford branch.
