International burlesque star Catherine D’Lish is making her first appearance in Yorkshire tonight at the New Bradford Playhouse.
One of the biggest names in Burlesque, she is known for her exquisite costuming and she also designs and makes pieces for other world-class burlesque performers, including Dita Von Teese.
Catherine, who has a classic Hollywood starlet style, will be performing her giant champagne glass routine.
Promoter Heidi Bang Tidy, resident burlesque dancer at the theatre, says the show, called Champagne and Showgirls, wouldn’t look out of place in London or Vegas.
The show will also feature ‘Queen of British Burlesque’ Anna Fur Laxis who returns to her native Yorkshire following a tour of China.
The cast also includes Heidi Bang Tidy, Lady Wildflower and Ginger La Rouge.
