Drivers are facing rush-hour traffic chaos after an accident on a main route into Bradford city centre.
There are tailbacks on Canal Road, which is partially closed, with queueing traffic northbound between the King’s Road and Queen’s Road junctions.
The accident happened at 7.30am outside the Audi garage on Canal Road, when a motorcyclist in his 40s came off his bike.
Police said two other cars were involved, but did not have details of them.
The biker’s injuries are described as minor cuts and bruises.
A broken down trailer at traffic lights on Barkerend Road, towards Bradford, has also caused problems.
Meanwhile, an accident in Greengates has led to a road closures and long queues.
Traffic is backed-up on the A657 following the accident towards Calverley outside the Total petrol station.
Police were called at 7.30am after a Ford Ka and VW Passat collided.
Police said two possible whiplash injuries have been reported.
New Line in Calverley is partially blocked and there is queueing traffic in both directions between the Carr Bottom Road junction and the A658 Harrogate Road junction.
