A church has appealed for urgent help to enable it to continue supporting the Rainbow and Brownie Packs which meet at its premises. Keighley New Church, in Braithwaite Village, says it needs to find a new Rainbow and Brownie leader by the end of this month. (May) Phillip Brooks, who is a church council member, said: “The present leader Ann Argall is retiring after 15 years, having started the Rainbow pack and then taking on the additional role as Brownie leader, after the church moved from Devonshire Street.”
To help, call Ann Argall on (01535) 667908. Pictured are Ann (right) with Brownies at a parade. The Reverend Christine Bank is standing at the back.
