Petr Sivak, aged 35, of Duckworth Lane, Heaton; theft, original offence of possession of amphetamine dealt with, driving while disqualified, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ community order, 200 hours’ unpaid work, £230 costs, banned from driving for 12 months; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence. Usman Illahi, aged 20, of Hedge Way, Bullroyd; allowing yourself to be carried in a vehicle knowing it had been taken without the owner’s consent, 12 weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £260 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.

Sajid Mehmood, aged 44, of Cowley Crescent, Heaton; two counts of assault, nine months’ community order, £100 fine, £145 costs. Ferkova Ruzena, aged 33, of Hapsburg Court, Little Horton; application to reopen a case following conviction, case reopened, conviction and sentence set aside; original offence of driving without a licence dealt with, £70 fine, £105 costs.

Mohammed Ataf Rehman, aged 28, of Killinghall Road, Undercliffe; driving without a licence, six months’ conditional discharge, banned from driving for six months. Simon Meskiri, aged 34, of Heathfield Grove, Great Horton; criminal damage, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order, suspended sentence varied. Connor Deans, aged 18, of Raymond Street, West Bowling; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of threatening behaviour dealt with, eight weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring.

Anton Ilko, aged 47, of Legrams Lane, Lidget Green; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of theft dealt with, four weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring.
