Would ewe believe it!
Two Cullingworth children - the younger just 14 months old - took a championship title at Skipton Auction Mart’s May prime lambs show.
Seven-year-old Kylie Feather, a pupil at Wilsden Primary School, and little brother Harrison were awarded the spring lambs accolade.
The youngsters’ successful Charollais-cross-Beltex lambs were bought especially for them by their grandparents, Jan and Nicola Feather, who farm at Pear Tree Barn, Hainworth Shaw, Keighley, after the siblings helped out at lambing time.
“They are their first lambs and it was the first time we have ever shown at Skipton so it’s a wonderful achievement to win,” said Mrs Feather, who with her husband breeds sheep and suckler cows.
