With exam season looming, charity ChildLine are reminding young people that they can speak to someone if they feel the strain.
Last year, the charity’s Leeds base, which covers Bradford, received 175 calls from young people stressed out about exams.
Gaynor Birnie, local ChildLine service manager said: “We hear from lots of young people each year who are anxious about their exams and revision. They are not alone and ChildLine is here to listen to them.”
To speak to someone at the charity, call 0800 1111, or visit childline.org.uk.
