A group that campaigns to end street harassment is to hold its first workshop in Bradford.
Hollaback! West Yorkshire will hold the event at Equity Centre, Longlands Street, Bradford city centre, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm on Saturday, June 1.
The free workshop will involve discussions about what people should do if they are a victim of street harassment.
The group said the term ‘street harassment’ describes sexual harassment which takes place in public spaces, and refers to behaviour such as staring, sexualised commenting, shouting, following, touching, grabbing, groping, flashing, assault, and violence.
