Manningham: change of use of B1 business offices to D1 non-residential institutions – orthodontics, Yorkshire Housing, 87 Manningham Lane. Manningham: conversion of 18 flats to six assisted living apartments with four bedrooms, 9 Oak Avenue. Manningham: construction of dormer windows to front and rear of property, 29 Sunderland Road.

Menston: retention of change of use from ancillary residential use to holiday accommodation, 1A Church View, Burley Road. Menston: extension of farmhouse and construction of new roof, construction of garage, Derry Hill Farm, Bingley Road. Menston: formation of new window on north roof elevation, 10 Farnley Close. Odsal: variation of condition 12 (opening hours) of planning permission 95/01588/FUL dated 8 September 8 1995: demolition of public house and erection of a restaurant A3 with drive-through facility and car parking with staff facilities and storage accommodation, McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, Rooley Lane. Oxenhope: 13 photovoltaic solar panels, Egypt House, Isle Lane.

Riddlesden: application to amend house type for approval 09/04501/FUL relating to construction of two flats, land opposite 10 Scott Lane. Riddlesden: two- storey extension to side and rear, 18 Southlands Grove. Riddlesden: addition of a flue through the rear roof slope to extract gas flues from a modern gas-condensing boiler, The National Trust, East Riddlesden Hall, Bradford Road.

Saltaire: replacement windows with Georgian-style windows, 4 Daisy Place. Shipley: change of use from retail (A1) at ground floor and three flats (C3) at upper floors to licensed bar/cafe (A3/A4) at ground floor and five studio flats (C3) to upper floors, 41 Briggate. Shipley: link building portal frame design between two warehouses, Sport Shoes Unlimited, 1 Jubilee Way. Silsden: installation of micro scale wind turbine (14.97m to hub, 5.6m diameter blades) to provide renewable energy for use at the site, Black Pots Farm, Jerry Lane. Silsden: general purpose steel portal frame building, former Beck House Farm, Low Lane.

Thackley: first-floor rear extension, 17 Leys Close. Thornbury: change of use to form retail unit, The Bungalow, Thornbury Street.

Thornton: front single-storey extension, 63 Oakhall Park. West Bowling: two-storey side extension, 248 Parkside Road. Wibsey: change of use of residential garage (C3) to hair and beauty salon (A1), 34 Oakdale Avenue. Wibsey: single-storey extension and internal alterations, Wibsey Primary School, North Road. Wibsey: two-storey rear and side extensions, 84 Beech Road.
