Generous young footballers have helped raised £250 towards improvements at Bradford Park Avenue’s Horsfall Stadium.
Juniors from Park Avenue’s under-tens and under-11s (South) teams did a bucket collection alongside the club’s mascot, ’Arry, at a recent game against Droylsden.
They raised £150 of their total by donating their training fees. Both teams are managed by Paul Gibbon and are in the Huddersfield Junior League. They play and train on Horsfall playing fields.
