A popular singing courses organisation is returning to the town where it started out almost 15 years ago for a concert helping street children in Nepal.
Soprano Imogen Cummings and The Singing Days Ensemble will be joined by singers from the UK and beyond for a concert of Choral Gems at All Saints Church, Ilkley, on May 26.
The hour-long concert, featuring Allegri’s famous Miserere, is directed by local tenor James Griffett.
Admission is free, but a collection be made for church funds as well as a Nepalese street children charity.
