Nine Bradford Council staff earned a salary of more than £100,000 in 2011/12, according to a Town Hall Rich List compiled by the Taxpayers’ Alliance (TPA).
The who’s who of senior local government executives details job titles, full remuneration and many of the names of all local council employees whose wage exceeds £100,000.
Bradford Council had ten staff on more than £100,000 during 2010/11.
Top of the pile in Bradford, according to the latest figures published yesterday, is chief executive Tony Reeves (above), whose remuneration package for 2011/12 was £227,459.
None of the other eight staff are named on the list, but their job titles are.
After Mr Reeves came the strategic director for the council change programme, who earned £160,784, closely followed by the strategic director for children’s services on £157,504.
The remaining six – including four more strategic directors, the City solicitor and the director of the West Yorkshire Pension Fund – earned between £105,863 and £144,052.
