An old warehouse could be pulled down and replaced with a taller one, if planning permission is given.
The former Bradford Foods ‘Park House’ warehouse, in Essex Street, Bradford, is thought to be about 30 years old.
Planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of the building was granted last July, but now an application has been submitted by Delifresh Ltd to demolish the building and replace it with a new warehouse to store food.
Agent YIW Architecture says the proposed new warehouse is near the existing Delifresh Ltd premises at St James Market and this plan would allow the business to expand and take on staff.
