Mohammed Aqeel Bashir, aged 22, of Woodhall Road, Thornbury; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, taking a car without consent, three counts of possession of cannabis failure to surrender to custody, obstructing a police officer, driving while disqualified, jailed for four months suspended for 12 months, £165 costs; driving without insurance, no separate penalty.
