Keighley: removal of condition 3 of planning permission 11/02544/FUL dated 19.08.2011: change of use of multi-storey car park to car sales, display, valeting and sale of car parts, Damside car park, Damside.

Little Horton: construction of single storey extension to rear, porch to front and dormer windows to front and rear, 62 Halcyon Way. Little Horton: construction of two storey side extension, 18 Woodroyd Terrace. Little Horton: demolition of existing former medical centre and replacement with 14 three-storey terraced townhouses with integral garages, 407 Little Horton Lane.

Low Moor: application for reserved matters of access, appearance, layout and scale from planning permission 12/03145/OUT dated 24.10.2012: outline application for two dwellings, land to west of Wesleyan Reform Chapel, Union Road. Low Moor: construction of two side extension, 45 Wesley Avenue.

Oakenshaw: construction of extension to rear of property, 807 Cleckheaton Road. Oakworth: first floor extension over existing lean to extension, 32 Oakworth Hall, Colne Road. Oxenhope: resurfacing and extension of existing horse paddock to create a new ménage, 14 Moorside Lane. Oxenhope: retrospective application for conversion of chapel to three dwellings, Horkinstone House, Sykes Lane.
