A budding filmmaker and scriptwriter is appealing for help in achieving his dream career.
John Walton, a media technology and production student at the University of Bradford, beat off competition from more than 1,000 hopefuls to secure a place on the National Youth Film Academy’s Summer Course 2013.
The 24-year-old, who suffers from dyslexia, Asperger syndrome and cystic fibrosis, is one of five aspiring writers accepted on to the course in August.
Mr Walton has covered the cost of the course himself, but he is appealing for sponsorship to help pay for essential expenses.
He is planning a sponsored climb, and would consider odd jobs for sponsorship cash.
If you can help Mr Walton, ring him on 07581 276449.
