A host of May Bank Holiday fun is set to take place across the Bradford district.
One of the biggest events being held on Monday is the annual Ilkley Carnival.
The Galloping Acrobatics, a re-enactment from the English Civil War Society and a flying bird of prey show have been booked for the event.
The event starts with a traditional parade at 11.30am along The Grove to the carnival arena on East Holmes Field, north of the River Wharfe.
Other highlights will include live music, children’s entertainment featuring Punch and Judy, the fun fair, carnival capers, a youth football tournament and many free events, all hosted by Stray FM with Kashmiri Aroma as the headline carnival sponsors.
Tickets for the carnival are now on sale and are £3 if bought in advance.
Tomorrow the Disney classic Toy Story is on for free as part of Bradford UNESCO City of Film’s final spring screening.
The film will be shown at 10am on the Bradford Big Screen in City Park.
Residents of Heaton will be having some 1950s May Day fun.
There will be stocks, coconut shy, buzzer games, a talent show and maypole dancing on Heaton Hill recreation ground off Quarry Street, starting at 1pm with the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Dale Smith.
The Baht’at walk is on Sunday. There are three distance walks comprising 10km, 20km and 40km.
All of the treks start in Bingley and raise funds for the Aire Valley District Scouts.

Keighley and Worth Valley Railway is hosting a Railway Children-themed event this weekend.
