Mathew Duncan Russell Brown, aged 50, of Brookfield Road, Pollard Park; breach of the peace, bound over for six months. Michelle Dean, aged 32, of Netherlands Avenue, Odsal; causing a nuisance, jailed for four months. Melissa Jane Smith, aged 22, of Maudsley Street, Barkerend; six counts of theft, jailed for 34 weeks.
Colin Stoneley, aged 55, of Leeds Road, Shipley; failure to surrender to custody, £50 fine, £20 costs. Tomas Tokar, aged 28, of Lidget Terrace, Lidget Green; theft, community order made, £244 compensation, £60 costs. Stephen Luke Toth, aged 28, of St Mary’s Road, Manningham; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of five counts of theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 15 weeks suspended.
Michael Ritchie Duncan, aged 27, of Denbury Mount, Holme Wood; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, £80 fine, £20 costs. James Paul Reynard, aged 32, of The New Beehive Hostel; two counts of theft, two counts of failure to surrender to custody, jailed for six weeks. Jonothan Eric Nudds, aged 22, of Ramsden Avenue, Scholemoor; driving while disqualified, community order made, £300 costs, licence endorsed.
Mohammed Razwan, aged 29, of Upper Woodlands Road, Girlington; driving while disqualified, community order made with 200 hours unpaid work, £145 costs, banned from driving for 18 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Umair Khan, aged 25, of Bolingbroke Street, Marshfields; driving without insurance, £340 fine, £165 costs. Shafique Ahmed, aged 76, of Millbeck Close, Thornton; failure to give identity of driver following offence, £600 fine, £100 costs.
Basharat Hussain, aged 27, of Devonshire Street, Keighley; driving without insurance, £700 fine, ££155 costs, licence endorsed; failure to produce documents, no separate penalty. Tariq Khan, aged 35, of Greenhill Street, Laisterdyke; driving while using a hand held mobile phone, £200 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed; failure to produce a licence, no separate penalty. Carl Moran, aged 28, of Allerton Grange Drive, Allerton; speeding, £70 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed. Abdul Majid Naeem, aged 36, of Princeville Road, Princeville; failure to produce insurance certificate, £85 fine, £105 costs. Nadeem, Nazir, aged 43, of Girlington Road, Girlington; driving without insurance, £600 fine, £145 costs, licence endorsed.
