Bowling: free-standing sign, land at 703 Wakefield Road.
Bradford Moor: detached dwelling, land at corner of Fagley Road and Intake Road. Bradford Moor: existing building to be demolished and replaced with two- storey restaurant and cookery school, 1302 Leeds Road. Bradford Moor: ground floor extensions to both sides, 8 Woodhall Avenue.
Denholme: change of use of the site from B2 to include a mixed use development of B8, B1 and B2 (including ancillary MOT facility) and associated A1 use with various external alterations, former Whitakers Joinery Works, Halifax Road. Denholme: orangery extension, New Inn, Keighley Road.
Denholme: installation of medium scale 50kw Endurance wind turbine on a 35.4m monopole mast (46m to blade tip), Keelham Hall Farm, Brighouse and Denholme Road. Dudley Hill: drive-through signage around perimeter of canopy, Asda, Rooley Lane.
Eldwick: alterations to previously approved detached dwelling (approval 10/00585/FUL), Coryton, Pollard Avenue. Fairweather Green: ground floor kitchen extension to the rear, 11 Rosetta Drive. Girlington: amendments to permission 09/05025/HOU, 18 Como Avenue. Girlington: two fascia signs, 53-55 Whetley Lane. Great Horton: change existing signage to new illuminated sign, 58 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: change of use from tyres and repairs workshop to MOT testing station, Unit C Moor View Works, Havelock Street. Great Horton: conservatory to rear, 238 Ingleby Road.
Great Horton: loading bay to workshop with alterations to create showroom and office to first floor extension and construction of two dormer windows, Windows.Com, Farnham Works, Farnham Road. Great Horton: single-storey rear extension to provide ground floor bathroom for disabled person, 38 Rugby Place. Great Horton: variation of condition 3 of planning permission 11/02354/FUL dated 9.9.2011 to allow operation of the premises between the hours of 10am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, 6-7 Low Green.
