The Northern School of Contemporary Dance is coming to Bradford with Verve, described as a “thrilling, physically-charged work”.
Choreographed by James Wilton, winner of the Sadler’s Wells Global Dance Contest 2010, it blends dance with martial arts, capoeira and comedy, creating a series of heart-warming episodes, showcasing passionate, dynamic and invigorating performances.
The programme is complemented by a quirky technical work by FraukeRequardt, of Greenwich Dance, and a fresh piece of dance by Angus Balbernie.
- Verve is at the Alhambra Studio on Thursday at 7.30pm. Ring (01274) 432000.
