There’s a chance to take a musical journey through the life and times of one of our greatest 60s icons, when Gerry Marsden comes to Ilkley next week.
Gerry And The Pacemakers topped the charts for much of the 1960s, and were one of the main players to come out of Liverpool during the famous Mersey Beat era.
In his new show, Gerry talks about his early beginnings in Liverpool, and what he’s up to now. He will be combining his hits with stories, jokes and anecdotes.
- Gerry Marsden is at King’s Hall Ilkley, on Thursday at 7.30pm. Ring (01274) 432000.
