Police responded to reports of under-aged drinking in Bingley by confiscating bottled beers.
Officers were told youths had been spotted carrying alcohol in rucksacks on Dubb Lane on Friday night.
Police revealed on Monday that descriptions provided by witnesses led them to the youths, who were searched.
The beer was found and later poured away at Bingley police station. A police spokesman said an advisory letter would be sent to the parents of the youngsters.
On the same night, alcohol was seized from six youths outside Bingley Arts Centre.
