Police are hunting for a gunman after a shooting in Bradford late last night.
The attack by a man in a balaclava mask took place at 11pm in Musgrave Grove, Eccleshill.
No-one was injured but the shotgun blast caused damage to the door of a house.
Bradford District Chief Inspector Dan Greenwood said: "We received reports that a man wearing a balaclava fired this weapon at the address in what we believe is a targeted attack.
"Officers have examined the scene and Neighbourhood Policing Team officers remain in the local area to speak to residents about any concerns they may have.
"We would ask that any witnesses or anyone with information about this incident on Musgrave Grove to contact us either by the non emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111."
