City Park in Bradford has been shortlisted for a regeneration award.
The public space, which has the UK’s largest man-made city centre water feature, has been nominated for a gong at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Pro-Yorkshire awards ceremony.
It has won seven awards since it opened, including the Urban Design Group’s Project of the Year.
