A Bradford man extradited from the US to face allegations of child sex abuse dating back 25 years is to stand trial on September 23.
Hotel and casino worker Barry Willoughby, 45, was brought back to the UK from Florida in January.
Willoughby, bailed to an address in Mandale Road, Buttershaw, Bradford, pleaded not guilty yesterday to three charges of indecently assaulting a girl under 14 in 1988 and one allegation of gross indecency with her.
His bail was extended on condition that he lives at the Buttershaw address, obeys a curfew and does not apply for travel documents.
