Teachers at Parkside School, Cullingworth, are sprinkling stars around the school.
They carry blue stars in their pockets to give to students who display positive behaviour during break, lunchtime or before school.
Students can go to the student centre to exchange the stars for a positive referral, which is worth two credits.
The star scheme is part of Parkside’s initiative to improve behaviour in all areas of school life.
