Shamraze Hussain, aged 23, of Carlisle Terrace, Manningham; theft, community order made with 60 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation, £50 costs. Ikram Ullah Hussain, aged 41, of Winston Terrace, Lidget Green; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, community order made with curfew.
Liam Morris, aged 25, of Fencote Crescent, Haigh Fold; driving with defective tyre, driving without a licence and MOT, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £215 fine, £106.50 costs, banned from driving for six months. Hashim Rehman, aged 26, of Haworth Road, Cullingworth; drink-driving, £150 fine, £105 costs, detained in court house, banned from driving for 16 months. Shantel Leanne Brame, aged 21, of Parkwood Rise, Parkwood, Keighley; theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, community order made with 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 costs.
Anna Dukaj, aged 48, of Heather Grove, Heaton; driving without insurance, £600 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months; driving without a licence, no separate penalty. Sarah Helm, aged 24, of Angerton Way, Woodside; two counts of falsely claiming benefit, £200 fine, £100 costs. Ashley Ian Hemmings, aged 21, of Chapel Row, Allerton; failure to attend drugs assessment, possession of class C drug, six months conditional discharge, £100 costs. Liam Wiseman, aged 25, of Stanley Road, Keighley; criminal damage, £150 fine, £120 compensation, £105 costs.
Benjamin Khan, aged 31, of Siegfried Walk, Gilstead, Bingley; application to reopen case following conviction of failure to comply with traffic signal, granted, £40 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed. Julie Ann Reynolds, aged 41, of Ilbert Avenue, Dudley Hill; drunk and disorderly, £75 fine, £105 costs. Lefs Maizels, aged 29, of Barkerend Road, Barkerend; theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, possession of articles in connection with theft, failure to surrender to custody, failure to comply with community order, dealt with for original offence of theft, two counts, jailed for four months. Mohammed Khan, aged 56, of Jesmond Avenue, Heaton; driving while using a hand held mobile phone, £60 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed.
Susan Charlsworth, aged 66, of Cranbourne Road, Daisy Hill; fraudulently using a disabled badge, £130 fine, £170 costs. Yvonne Francis, aged 36, of Parsonage Road, Laisterdyke; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, £475 fine, £547.50 costs, banned from keeping an animal for 12 months. Paul Stephen Lane, aged 38, of Pollard Lane, Undercliffe; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, failure to ensure needs of an animal were met, community order made, £250 costs, banned from keeping an animal for three years.
